I will do my best to help you with all your needs, whether it is buying a home or selling a house.

My Goal for listing a house:

-Set the right sales price

-Market the home: Advertise in newspaper, conduct Open Houses, hand out fliers, Web Page, MLS listings, yard signs, lock box, and other advertising is available for full service listings

- Get the home sold.  Usually if your homes is priced right it should sell within 30 to 60 days. Starter homes are especially hot right now, some sell within the first week on the market !

Full Service listings: 

Your home will be listed in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). This is a database viewed by all realtor members looking for homes for their clients.  In addition, the listing will be on Realtor.com so that the general public can see your home as well.

Ask for a free Web Page, personalized with "your address.com".  Signs advertising the web page can be placed in your yard and in advertising.

Houses will have OPEN HOUSE weekends to help promote your home.

A for sale sign will be placed in the front yard and over the perimeter fence if needed.

I am committed to help you sell your home.  If additional advertising in the newspaper is needed I will do an advertisement for your home with a complimentary photograph of your home.

Sales brochure featuring your homes upgrades and details can be made for distribution or placement in a box on the yard sign and in Open House events.

You want more than this in a full service listing? All you have to do is ask and we can discuss marketing strategy for your home.

Full Service listings are important, on average 3% of sale price goes to the listing Real Estate Agent's broker and 3% of the sales price goes to the Buyer's Real Estate Agent. At a minimum, your should offer 3% to buyer's agent, and 2% to your selling agent.  On average a listing has 5-8% total commission in the contract.  However, commissions are negotiable.  If you are serious about selling your home, sign a minimum of a 3 month contract with your realtor.
